Founded in 2013, KSquared LLC is a full service, privately held real estate firm that provides development, design, and construction management assistance as well as asset management, property management, and real estate investment services.  Based out of Northern NJ, KSquared owns, operates, and manages over $12M of real estate investment properties across Washington DC, Maryland, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Singapore.  With over 30 years of combined experience as an owners, operators, developers, builders, and investors, we have a unique understanding of real estate projects from all perspectives and can help you achieve your real estate investing and project management goals for any project of any size.

KSquared started through the acquisition and operation of single-family and condominium rental properties, generating consistent returns and building a foundation of operational excellence. Over time, the firm strategically expanded into commercial and industrial real estate to unlock additional growth and income potential. Today, KSquared focuses on three core areas: real estate acquisition and development, asset management, and long-term investment.

The firm’s current strategy is centered on expanding its portfolio, both nationally and internationally, by leveraging the strength and cash flow of its existing high-performing assets and a well-capitalized investor base to fund new development projects in the industrial, residential, land development, and retail sectors. KSquared is actively targeting stabilized NNN retail and industrial properties in the $2 million to $10 million range nationwide, as well as new development opportunities. This dual focus on income-producing and development assets allows KSquared to scale its portfolio while maintaining lean and efficient operations.
